The 100% passito wine 10 celebrates the tenth year since the vineyard was planted, a limited production of the 2009 vintage only.
The harvest and selection of the grapes takes place by hand for an optimal drying in special wooden boxes for 2-3 months.
In the cellar the soft pressing of 100% Vernaccia nera passita takes place.
Fermentation takes place in barriques for 18 months.
The process ends with refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months.
