Typical soft-paste pecorino cheese with straw-colored eyes, salted by hand.

Farming and milk are part of the tradition and cheese is a product born from the passion of shepherds for a simple and genuine job.

Matured and unmatured cheeses, which take on different shapes and consistencies, particular aromas and refined flavors, all capable of transmitting the scents of the seasons and the flavors of the Macerata pastures.

Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, rennet, salt and lactic ferments. Origin of milk: Italy.

Food allergens Reg CE1169/201: Milk products based on milk (including lactose)

 

Storage method: 8°/12° C, vacuum 4°/6° C - Duration 12 months, possible maturing.

Surface treated with e 202 and E 235, inedible rind.

Surface treatment with: vinyl copolymer aqueous dispersion (does not contain allergens or GMOs).

Its use falls within the food packaging regulations
