Characterized by a white paste and an intense flavor with citrus and slightly acidic notes.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk, rennet, salt, lactic ferments, lemon juice and grated peel. Treated in the crust with E202, E235. Origin of milk Italy.
