The value of tradition

Nature on your table, passion in our hands.
A range of cheeses and derivatives, aged and not, which take different shapes and textures, particular aromas and refined tastes, all however capable of transmitting the scents of the seasons and the flavors of the Macerata pastures.

The value of tradition
Di Pietrantonio dairy

A history that has been consolidated for three generations since it was normal for shepherds to turn their sheep's milk into cheese.
The farms and the milk are part of the tradition and the cheese is a product resulting from the passion for a simple and genuine work.
A set of factors that in 1990 led to the EC recognition of cheeses and dairy products produced on the farm. In 2003 the definitive leap in quality with the construction of a modern dairy where tradition and technology transform sheep milk from its own farms and neighboring farms into cheeses on a daily basis.
In the meadows of the upper Macerata area, the sheep are fed on pasture and with the help of cereals and fodder produced on the farm.
The result is a range of cheeses and derivatives, aged and not, which take different shapes and textures, particular aromas and refined tastes, all however capable of transmitting the scents of the seasons and the flavors of the Macerata pastures.
In 2014 there was a further investment through the purchase of a herd of dairy cows to ensure that all the milk production could be transformed directly in your own dairy.

Authenticity and quality

Production of beef through its own farms.
Dairy and beef cattle (heifer) reared and processed as they once were to bring the best possible quality to the customers' tables.

Beef and pork cuts, sausages such as ciauscoli and larded salami, bacon, porchetta, raw and cooked hams and mortadella for those in search of authenticity and quality in the tradition of the Di Pietrantonio family.

Belforte del Chienti is a delightful village immersed in the typical hilly landscape of the Marche region of medieval foundation.

It is located halfway between the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains which form the background and frame it.
The town is perched on a hill and is still surrounded by the castle walls of the fourteenth century.

From its position it dominates the valley of the Chienti river, an ancient landscape and atmosphere with a strong visual impact, in fact, from its walls you can catch breathtaking views.

The medieval urban layout is well preserved, characterized by narrow and steep streets, squares, open spaces and glimpses that open onto the vast surrounding landscape.
