Italian soft cheese, family's dairy Di Pietrantonio, with a straw-colored look, salted by hand.
The farms and the milk are part of the tradition and the cheese is a product resulting from the passion of the shepherds for a simple and genuine work.
Seasoned and non-aged cheeses, which take on different shapes and textures, particular aromas and refined tastes, all however capable of transmitting the scents of the seasons and the flavors of the Macerata pastures.

Ingredients: pasteurized cow and sheep's milk, rennet, summer truffle crumbs 0.4%, salt and lactic ferments. Origin of milk: Italy.
Food allergens Reg CE1169 / 201: Milk products based on milk (including lactose)
Surface treated with e 202 and E 235, inedible rind.
Surface treatment with: copolimetric vinyl aqueous dispersion (does not contain allergens and GMOs).
Its use falls within the discipline of food packaging
Storage conditions: 8 ° / 12 ° C, vacuum 4 ° / 6 ° C - Durability 12 months, aging possible.
