The donuts with Nero Visciola are dry biscuits handcrafted and baked in the oven. Wine and sour cherries and anise seeds are added to the mixture.

Their crispness and their taste make them perfect to be drenched in a glass of Nero Visciola, but they are also excellent on their own.

Ingredients Type 00 soft wheat flour, sour cherry wine, sugar, butter, milk, eggs, yeast, aniseed.
