Harmonico is a new proposal from the Antinori company in collaboration with the Picena Ngricca distelleria.
The harmonic bitterness is obtained through cold infusion, in cereal alcohol from organic farming, of 23 different botanicals, which rest in alcohol for a period of 3 weeks during which they are constantly mixed together.
After this period, a mild cartridge filtration is carried out so as not to remove any precious perfume and the solution is left to rest in steel drums for a further 2 weeks.
At the end of this period we proceed with the sweetening with wildflower honey and sugar, another very light filtration, and bring it to 28C.
After a further rest of 10 days the product thus obtained is bottled.
A possible sedimentation and a slight opacity in low temperature conditions is normal in a completely natural product and deliberately left "intact" in all its perfumes and essential oils.
Excellent to enjoy at room temperature but also on the rock accompanied by a sprig of crushed rosemary.
Harmonico has excellent digestive properties at the end of a meal but also lends itself very well to a contemplative tasting given by the sensations it brings to the sense of smell, where it is pleasant and herbaceous,
and on the palate where it expresses a myriad of gustatory stimuli due to the numerous botanicals, but perfectly balanced with each other, without anything overwhelming.
The sweet embrace of honey then contributes incisively to giving elegance and support to the entire bouquet.
