Homemade mayonnaise without eggs and flavored with italian "paccasassi of Conero land" that give the character of absolute uniqueness.
Ingredients: sunflower oil, water, extra virgin olive oil, paccasassi * (4.5%), concentrated lemon juice, sugar, modified corn starch, wine vinegar, salt, mustard seeds, thickener: xanthan gum, turmeric. * Sea fennel (Crithmum maritimum).
Allergens: MUSTARD. May contain NUTS.
To be used in combination with raw fish, smoked salmon and tuna, steamed fish and fried fish. To be used with vegetables and salads, to accompany fried, grilled or boiled meats.
