An ambitious project:
to give new tastes and unique sensory experiences by reinterpreting the flavors of tradition with wisdom and originality, starting with simple and healthy ingredients.
"Inspired by the flavors of the Conero, we innovate the tastes of tradition to make you live unique sensory experiences"
Francesco, Luca and Alessandro, the young owners of Rinci, work every day to create refined products with an authentic flavor that passes through the careful selection of raw materials, grown in respect of the environment and the professionalism with which every phase of the their processing.
This is why they have chosen to work only with controlled organic ingredients, the result of the work of those who have always known and respected the territory.
"Paccasassi" a marine fennel that almost disappears in winter to reappear in spring in the area of Monte Conero its natural habitat.
A plant rich in Vitamin C, which loves salsesidine and which sailors loved because it avoided scurvy with its nutritional properties.
With a typical and characteristic flavor, they have hints of fennel, lemon and carrot.
They release, proudly, the taste of the sea and the strong link to the Conero land.
Marinated first in wine vinegar and then preserved in extra virgin olive oil, they are a characteristic preparation, deeply rooted in the local culinary tradition.
A specialty from the Marche region.
Where land and sea meet in a perfect union.
A park with a thousand facets, overlooking the sea and with a hilly area that wedges inland, there are points from which you can enjoy breathtaking views that sweep across the entire Conero Riviera.
It represents an excellence in the entire Adriatic coast, this protected natural area rises in fact around the only coastal promontory up to the Gargano.
The Conero, 512 m high, is 5 million years old, is full of stone quarries from which the white Conero stone was extracted, with which many buildings in the area are built.
There are several corners to discover, from the seaside villages such as Sirolo and Numana, to the various paths that lead into the flora and fauna of the park, to its pristine beaches and crystal clear waters.
Angles of rare beauty, from the bay of Portonovo to the beach of San Michele, facing the sea, behind the green of the Mediterranean scrub, a stone's throw from the "Sassi Neri" (black stones) with its dark rocky seabed.
