Paccasassi pesto made with crushed Conero sea fennel (paccasassi). Its flavor is typical of paccasassi of Conero land, delicate and pleasant.
Ideal as a condiment for light and delicious first courses. Excellent for croutons and to accompany meat and fish main courses.
Portions for pasta: ¾ people.
Use: mix with a little cooking water and pour directly on the pasta.
