First bottling year: 2019
Age of vineyards: from 16 to 24 years depending on the plots
Soil: various morphological characteristics, with a high presence of stones, partially clayey, with different sun exposures.
Yield per hectare: 50/60 quintals - Double Guyot breeding from 3300 vines/ha for the older plants to 4500 vines/ha for the more recent plants.
Harvest: manual harvesting with sorting of the bunches in the field.
Vinification: the selected grapes are stored in a cold room, for a certain period of time, to obtain greater extraction of the aromas. The grapes are then processed in white at a controlled temperature for around 30 days in steel tanks.
Aging: 12/13 months in steel on its lees, with various bâtonnage, at a controlled temperature. Possibility of storage from 1 to 6 years.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with green reflections, crystalline
Fruity aromas tending towards tropical, with a sensation of white flowers and light woody nuances.
Remarkable structure, enveloping but at the same time acidulous, mineral with a sensation of pseudo heat, light notes of pastry and hazelnut.
Each bottle is the expression of the love for wine and reflects how much passion we put into this work every day.
