REBELLE… is often synonymous with youth and also with transgression… everything we want to express with this new interpretation of the Verdicchio grape.

Location: Municipality of Matelica, Contrada Monacesca
Vineyard surface: Approximately 5 hectares - Exposure: North - South
Type of soil: Mainly clayey - Training system: Arched or upside down counter-espalier
Age of the plant: 50% thirty years - 50% 10 years
Planting density: Approximately 1800 - 2500 vines per hectare - Production per vine: Approximately 3 kg.
Altitude of the facility: Approximately 400 m. above sea level
Harvest period: end of September
Type of winemaking: Manual harvesting and immediate soft pressing of the grapes without the use of sulfur dioxide;
fermentation in steel for approximately 12-15 days at a controlled temperature of around 20°C.
The final result is a wine that transgresses the normal aging times canonized in Monacesca, precisely because it is cultured in its total youth.
Enjoy its crunchy freshness and lightness, ideal for summer aperitifs and raw fish, fish and shellfish entrees.
