Production area: Hills in the municipality of Jesi.
Soil: Hilly and calcareous with skeleton percentages.
Training system: Controspalliera with guyot pruning.
Vinification: White with application of the "reduction" technique. Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to the autoclave for 4 months.
