Pork dried meat slightly smoked  is a type of salami that is produced with selected pork meats whose tanning is very simple and is slightly smoked. .

It was once produced with whatever kind of meat was available, a survival sausage of the shepherds of the Sibillini mountains as it is dried meat that is maintained even in unfavorable conditions.

Produced with pigs bred in the area, in strict compliance with local traditions.

The Pettacci-Tarragoni family has been running this small business in the town of Visso for about 90 years.
