Liver salami is a particular and typical sausage from the Marche region, produced by the Recchi farm, which raises pigs in person and creates unique and inimitable pork products.

Peculiarity - it is a product with a common preparation throughout the Marche hinterland, it is eaten, seasoned and cut, confetti of bread or lightly salted crescia.

Cut - pork liver scraps, the rest of the shoulder and leg of pork.

Ingredients: pork, pork liver - at least 25% - salt, pepper, chilli, natural flavorings.

Two small salamis weighing about 350 grams +/- 5%.
