The sauce is produced without chemical additives, i.e. there are no: preservatives, dyes, flavors, flavor enhancers and tectas (flavorings and the like). To make it consumable over time, it is sterilized in an autoclave.
After opening and heating, the product must have a pleasant taste, smell and characteristic aspects.
Ingredients: Roe deer 31%, artichokes 21%, onion, extra virgin olive oil, white wine (SULPHITES), thickener (rice flour), bay leaf, sage, juniper, cloves, salt, lemon, pepper.
