A unique flavors that know of ancient traditions, those peasants of the past.

Each sauce is produced without chemical additives, or there are no: preservatives, dyes, aromas, sapidity enhancers and conce (flavor and similar).

It is sterilized in autoclave and stored in jar, making it naturally consumable for more than three years.

The Fattori sauces are produced in the Castelraimodo (MC) laboratory, a hilly center built in the Middle Ages, an unparalleled example of perfect harmonization of old and new architectures.
