The nose is in fact of great breadth and complexity: typical sensations of fresh almonds, medlars, ripe peaches, chamomile flowers, aromatic herbs, spices with an intense minerality, resin and honey.
On the palate it has a dense texture softened by glyceric notes, the savory push guides the closure with a remarkable mineral persistence.
