Cubes of fine dark chocolate immersed in the dough blend together with the walnuts forming a contrast of flavors from the strong accents of chocolate to the notes of intense dried fruit with a hint of bitterness from the walnuts, finally covered with a crunchy almond glaze rich in dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
It all starts with our sourdough starter, the basis of every single panettone, which we have been lovingly and passionately refreshing every day for over 40 years.
