SAUSAGE seasoned and put under lard, an ancient custom typical of the Marche farmers to preserve pork sausages for a long time.

Ingredients: pork 65%, pork fat, sunflower oil, salt, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant ascorbic acid E300 preservative potassium nitrate (E252), pepper, natural flavorings. Only Italian pig.

In glass jar: drained net weight 325 grams
