Our sifted common wheat flour is processed through stone milling and results from a reduced separation of the bran. This makes this flour easy to process while preserving all organoleptic characteristics of unsifted flour: high fibers, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.
The milling activity of the Mulino Bravi has always been operated exclusively by water. Stone grinding is one of the oldest methods and allows us to obtain a product that stands out for its excellent qualities.
Packaging in cans that helps in preservation, closes easily, can be reused many times, does not break, does not get wet and is recyclable (it is thrown in aluminum).
