Wholemeal flour at the origin of einkorn (FARRO Monococco) Organic, high digestibility, water-powered stone mill, Bravi since 1565 in Cingoli in the Marche region.
From a nutritional point of view, monococco is a complete cereal: a source of fiber, antioxidant and bioactive substances (especially carotenoids), mineral salts and vitamins. In addition, it has a low tenacity gluten which makes it more digestible than other wheat.
The ancient water-powered stone grinding, combined with the miller's work, guarantees the obtaining of a high quality product.
A flour complete with all its components: wholemeal at the origin. The germ and essential oils of the grain give the flour a grainy consistency and an uneven color.
The slow movement of the grinder keeps the temperatures low during milling and allows to preserve the organoleptic properties of the seed. The result is a product rich in nutrients with a typical aroma and intense taste.
