Laudato® is the flagship of Frantoio GABRIELLONI, from the Marche Italian EVO oil of the highest quality, with first cold pressing.
It is a blend of monovarietal oils: at the base Frantoio and Leccino, then we intervene with Coroncina, Orbetana, Piantone di Mogliano, Ascolana Dura and Tenera and others.
Each variety, at the stage of incomplete ripeness (30/40% colored drupes), is hand-picked in the family olive groves and processed separately in the day.
The mix of monovarietal oils gives the product the harmonious scent of medium fruity with subtle notes of fresh grass, artichoke and green tomato.
Substantially sweet, with a hint of spiciness and a slightly bitter aftertaste, it leaves a pleasant memory of almond on the palate. The early harvest allows to obtain an extra virgin olive oil with very low acidity, very rich in phenolic substances, the antioxidant substances that delay aging.
The bouquet of aromas and the composite taste enhances every dish: from egg pasta, to fine fish dishes, to meat.

Awarded by many international awards, in 2005 UMAO - the strict and competent Mediterranean Union of Oil Tasters - proclaimed Laudato® “Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the traditional method”.
The Gambero Rosso extra-virgin rankings describe Laudato "a fine medium fruity fruit that plays on vegetal and fruity notes that refer to apple, without hiding a delicate trait that refers to dried fruit. On the palate it is balanced in bitter and spicy and good persistence. "
