The Moccolotti Regina dei Sibillini, also known as rigatoni, are a popular format in the Marche region.
The name derives from the similarity with the "snot", that is the part of the candles that remains when they are consumed.
The raw material for making Moccolotti is healthy and unique in its properties, it gives the processed product a characteristic flavor rich in aromas and a perfume that stands out already at the time of cooking.
