High quality artisanal Campofilone egg pasta made using ancient egg pasta sheet processing techniques.

Healthy and genuine products from the Marche region, one of the few Italian regions that has remained intact in the preservation of culinary traditions.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs (33.4%), 00 wheat flour. May contain traces of soy.

Cardboard box with 10 assorted packs of 250 g. - Gift idea for your important occasions.

For optimal cooking we recommend using plenty of water. When it comes to the boil, add salt, pour in the pasta and mix gently after it has softened. Then drain it and pour it into a large container, where you can season them as you like with plenty of sauce. If necessary, add cooking water. Cooking time: read directions on each box.

Store in a cool, dry place. (Humidity at origin 12.5%)
