Egg pasta filo di chitarra of the Carassai pasta factory - High quality egg pasta produced in Italy.

Artisan pasta made using ancient techniques of processing egg pasta sheet. Healthy and genuine products of the Marche region respecting the culinary traditions.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina , fresh eggs (33.4%), 00 wheat flour. It may contain traces of soy .
width 0.1 cm - length 50 cm - thickness 0.03 cm

For optimal cooking we recommend using plenty of water. When boiling, add salt, pour in the pasta and stir gently after it has softened.
Cooking time: 3-4 minutes.

 

Store in a cool and dry place. (Moisture at origin 12.5%)
