Capriotti Farm, a Verdicchio of the Castelli di Jesi Classico.
Vineyard: Altitude 200 meters above sea level, south facing, clayey calcareous soil.
Vinification technique: manual harvest of the grapes in the first half of September, pressing in a protected atmosphere, fermentation at a controlled temperature, early bottling and subsequent refinement in the bottle.
Organoleptic examination
Light yellow color with greenish reflections.
Presents hints of exotic fruit, flint and floral.
On the palate it is dry, with great freshness and harmony.
Pairings: first courses based on fish, seafood, elegant as an aperitif with "finger food".
