A distillate based on red juniper berries typical of Monte Conero. The production in small batches of six hundred bottles is dynamic, depending on the vintage and each time unique in its variability.

Particular is the Conero red juniper berry, harvested manually in different stages of maturation and withering of the same.
The juniper drying process and the use of the strawberry tree in alcoholic maceration, also harvested by hand, is one of a kind.
The nose is complex but very clean, Mediterranean, brackish and elegant.
Notes of tobacco, chocolate, vanilla and candied citrus fruits are given by the Red Juniper which is there, to underline the territoriality of this great gin.
On the palate it explodes with its thousand facets. The balsamic note immediately followed by the spicy one opens the dance together with candied citrus fruits. The spicy note accompanies the bitter one without intrusiveness. Citrus fruits, especially bitter orange and bergamot, blend perfectly with the fresh notes.
The bitter, balsamic and slightly spicy finish is surprising for its persistence and elegance.
Mount Conero is the only promontory on six hundred km of the Adriatic coast. The clayey-limestone soil, the microclimate, the exposure and the close proximity to the sea characterize the botanicals used in a unique way.
