Galileo from the Guerrieri farm is a wine of great and immediate pleasure.
Training system: spurred cordon.
Early thinning of the grapes, average production 1.5 kg per plant
Late harvest with careful grape selection.
Vinification: 15 days of grape maceration, red vinification at controlled fermentation temperature.
Aging for 12 months in large barrels and another 12 in the bottle.
