Late harvest with bunch thinning according to the uniform completion of their maturation.
Vinification: Partial fermentation in wood.
Refinement: in oak barrels for over a year.

Crystal clear, straw yellow in color with light golden reflections.
Notes of yellow pulp fruit, jam and vanilla. Powerful and balanced.
Pairings: elegantly accompanies elaborated fish, white meats, aged cheeses, it is exalted on truffles.
