Dark chocolate and hazelnut nougat - ARTISAN NOUGAT - PRODUCED IN ITALY
Two fundamental ingredients are used for the production of nougats: respect for traditional recipes and an entirely manual work, using raw materials of the highest quality, from chocolate to strictly Italian IGP hazelnuts.
The nougat doughs are spread on a marble slab at room temperature, cut and packaged with an elegant and innovative packaging.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernel), 20% skimmed cocoa powder, emulsifier (E 322 sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavoring), blanches roasted gentle round hazelnut.
Important : produced in a laboratory where wheat, milk, hazelnuts, pistachios, eggs and sesame seeds are used.
