Delicious and tasty donkey milk biscuits.
The milk used to make our biscuits is produced by Mamma Asina in Colmurano in the province of Macerata. This is the first company in the Marche region to engage in the natural rearing of open free-range donkeys and production of their milk, in total respect for the animals' welfare.
Ingredients: type 0 flour, donkey's milk, brown sugar, butter, eggs, leavening agent.
