PRALINED NOUGAT ARTISANAL PROCESSING PRODUCED IN ITALY
Two fundamental ingredients are used for the production of nougats: respect for traditional recipes and an entirely manual work, using raw materials of the highest quality, from chocolate to strictly Italian IGP hazelnuts.
The nougat doughs are spread on a marble slab at room temperature, cut and packaged with an elegant and innovative packaging.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernel), skimmed cocoa powder 20%, emulsifier (E 322 sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavoring), milk chocolate (sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernel), skimmed MILK in powder 19.5%, low-fat cocoa powder 4%, concentrated BUTTER, emulsifier (E 322 sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavoring ), hazelnut cream (sugar and vegetable oils (SOY, rapeseed, sunflower and corn in variable proportions) ) fats (palm kernel), HAZELNUTS 12%, skimmed MILK powder, skimmed cocoa powder, emulsifier (E 322 SOY lecithin), blanches roasted round gentle tribolata hazelnut.
Important : produced in a laboratory where wheat, milk, hazelnuts, pistachios, eggs and sesame seeds are used.
