The Cassata without preservatives and dyes is made up of delicate, fragrant layers of puff pastry, stuffed with hazelnut paste, cocoa and completely covered and surrounded by sweet meringue and hazelnut grains.
Ingredients - Sugar, wheat flour , vegetable margarine, (partly hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats obtained from coconut, soy and sunflower, salt, acidifier: citric acid, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids) water, salt, egg white, hazelnuts, low-fat cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin , flavorings, vanillin, starch, glucose syrup colored with E102, E104, E131.
