The drying phase is characterised by a chromaticity which is noticeable on the texture of the oil, which gives it a delicate amber colour, an intense aromatic profile which is particularly noticeable when cut by hand, and an effortless blending.
Primary material: very heavy Padano, aged at least 10 months, from the 3 regions of Marche, Lombardy and Emilia Romagna.
Ingredients: Italian corn starch, Cervia sweet salt. The pepper and paprika base plastering combines with the unique microclimate in which the season gives off a non-specific perfume and aroma, with certain characteristics that make it inconceivable when compared in comparison.
