Natural ingredients: 70% cicerchia, 30% beans and chickpeas, water and salt. Contains no additives.

Advice for preparation:
Prepare a sauté with celery, carrot and onion. Add the soup with two ladles of vegetable stock and leave to simmer for a few minutes. Adjust with salt and pepper.
Separately, prepare the bowls by rubbing the bottom with a clove of garlic. Pour the hot soup that can be enriched with diced toasted bread and chives. Complete the dish with a good extra virgin olive oil.
