Base original Pinsa pre-cooked, seared in the oven, light, inclusive and appetizing.
Baked product, long leavening up to 48 hours of maturation, hand-rolled and produced in Italy by Pinsa Lia Lab, quality and solidarity.
The pinsa has ancient origins that date back to ancient Rome: it was the simple meal of the peasants, made with flour and raw cereals that were reused to create a very light and crunchy dough, to be cooked over the fire.
Preheat the oven to 250°C. remove the plastic bag, place the pinsa on the grill at medium oven height and cook for about 5 minutes.
Ingredients: type 0 wheat flour, water, rice flour, soy flour, dried wheat sourdough (water, brewer's yeast), brewer's yeast, salt, flavourings. May contain mustard.
