Obtained from pecorino and sangiovese (vinified in white) vinified separately.
They both refine for 20 months on their own yeasts, partly in steel barrels and partly in barriques.
The typical aromas of pecorino (Williams pear) blend well with those of red fruits and liquorice of Sangiovese.
The structure and complexity allow this wine to easily accompany first courses with white meat ragout.
The company was born from an authentic love for nature and respect for its times.
