Straw yellow, nose notes of pineapple, grapefruit, apple, lime and hawthorn flowers.
Great elegance, fresh and mineral in the mouth, for an impeccable expression of the territory. Balanced and with a pleasant citrus final note.
The combination is perfect with fish dishes and white meats, even with a good structure, with cold cuts from the Marche region and medium-aged cheeses. Baked croaker with vegetables.
