From the secret recipe of the Quarchioni family, Cremò is born and from the Cremone Gabbette district that has seen many generations of our family grow, this tasty condiment takes its name.
Cremò, like Sapa and Cooked Wine Vinegar, is a genuine product that has as its raw material the grapes of the Loro Piceno hills and is processed with the wisdom enclosed in the identity of the territory itself.
To make Cremò, a specific type of sapa is used, specially made, more concentrated and therefore much creamier than normal. This is a sapa in which the sweet/acid contrast perceptible to the taste is accentuated and where the nose perceives clear notes of smoked and caramelized. This special sapa is then mixed with cooked wine vinegar and finally a mix of natural aromas is added that enrich and personalize this delicious vinegar glaze even more.
Cremò can be used in a thousand ways, even alone on a slice of bread or accompanied by cheeses, cured meats, meats, fish, salads, gratinated vegetables, but also creams and ice cream.
