Aurora is the founder of TERROIR MARCHE, a consortium of winemakers that wants to promote and enhance the cultivation and biological and biodynamic transformation of the vine. The Consortium also aims to safeguard the territory as well as a sustainable and solidarity economy.
Farmers who have an absolute link with their territory of origin; a group of men and women who share an ethical agricultural activity, which places man, land and work at the center: the Terroir.
Ours was a choice beyond laws, regulations, extensions that allowed us to increase the number of organic entrepreneurs, but at the same time, disappointed simply organic farmers.

Today Aurora has thirty-two hectares of land: ten of vineyards, two of olive groves, one of fruit, especially apricots, five of arable land and the rest are woods and the characteristic “badlands”.
It mainly produces wine; in reality it is not that it produces it, it knows how to do it - well - giving the right importance to the various elements that make it up: the earth, the vineyard, the moon and the sun, the wind and the rain, the work of man.
