Processing

The raw materials of all pastas, flakes and puffs are previously analyzed in certified laboratories. During the processing phase, the risk of contamination is eliminated thanks to a production laboratory exclusively dedicated to organic and gluten-free products.

Pasta making takes place in an artisanal way, only organic flours and bottled mineral water, bronze dies and drying at low temperatures, without adding thickeners and / or emulsifiers.

Raw material

  1. Buckwheat (grano Saraceno) among its properties has the ability to provide energy and physical vigor. It is characterized by the high biological value of its proteins, which contain the eight essential amino acids in optimal proportions and for being a good source of fiber.
  2. Only corn of traditional Italian varieties, grown naturally, hand-picked and dried in the sun. The flour obtained from the processing is wholemeal and naturally gluten-free, with a high protein content.
  3. Cereal flakes are obtained by laminating and pre-steaming the grains of raw cereals which then take on the appearance of light flakes.
  4. Rosa Marchetti rice has a completely natural (non-hybrid) origin. As this rice is a historical variety, it has a high size. For procurement, we turned to the "Una Garlanda" farm which produces it under organic farming.
  5. Light and versatile puffed cereals, obtained by the simple high pressure cooking of the grain that takes on a rounded shape and crunchy texture. Ideal for a varied and never monotonous diet.Ideal in combination with drinks or in addition to soups.
