Agorà Tender Ascolan olive

Anastasia Ciotti and Manuel Pasquali cleared the Ascolane soft olives through customs, taking them out of street food to the gourmet version, making Agorà a high quality brand.

Thanks to the excellent raw material, the olive can be used to prepare many dishes, giving a very important added value to the economies of the premises.

Agorà, aims to export typical products aiming at an extra-regional panorama that can understand, know and appreciate the uses and customs but above all the fruits of a wonderful region as we are.

Trying at first to strike with our excellence and then, to capture and "bring in" more and more lovers and connoisseurs, thus expanding the concept of eno-agri tourism, it is no coincidence that the term Agorà derives from the Greek "Piazza", and wants to represent as an ideological term the meeting point of the city, and not only!

In fact, the main point of sale is located in the center of Ascoli Piceno, in one of the most important historical frames, such as 'Piazza Arringo', where you can taste the products of the Agorà brand.

Oliva tenera Ascolana

Today much sought after to give quality to aperitifs, to encourage the preparation of drinks and dishes.

With over 4500 Ascoli tender olive trees on the Appignano del Tronto estate in Ascoli Piceno, Agorà is one of the largest producers in the Marche region.

The cultivation is done according to techniques in line with the zero residue regime, to have a 100% product natural, exclusively organic fertilization and drip irrigation from the lakes at the bottom of the valley, to protect our plants from summer stress.

The harvest is done manually, picking the olives one by one, a long and laborious process that serves to preserve the product from bruising.

Known for its aromatic peculiarities, since Roman times known as an appetite stimulant and Pliny himself considered them the best among all the Italian ones.

Food specialties

Crunchiness, succulence and flavor characterize the fried Ascolana olive, a heart of 100% Marche meat, embraced by the typical Tender Ascolana Olive and covered with a crunchy breading.

    The result of collaborations with local producers, we have created a high-quality pastry product where inside you can find our candied DOP Ascolana olive.

Our products are supplied fresh in classic trays with a 10-day expiration or in atm trays with an expiration of 21 days or in bags of 2 kg of frozen product, excellent in the horeca sector for storage and management. The olives in brine are instead supplied in jars or cans.

Palazzo Ciotti is a widespread hotel located in the beautiful Piazza Arringo, one of the two main squares of the historic Ascoli Piceno.

The main structure has 8 rooms in a modern, fresh and youthful style built and inaugurated in 2021.

On the ground floor a bistro has been conceived where it is possible to taste all the local specialties of own production, from wine, to stuffed olives, to oil.
