Idea - Investing in a field still little developed in Italy, we are indeed among the few Italian cultivators of organic truffle.

Irrigation - determining factor to have a good vintage are the rains, each plant periodically requires 40 liters of water to guarantee a good harvest.

Patience - it is not a craft but pure passion, stay in touch with nature, treating plants, living the campaign respecting traditions.

The organic - do not use preservatives or aromas of synthesis so as to offer a 100% biological quality product.

Why "organic truffle"?

Fresh - The certification of fresh truffle is to guarantee, first of all, the origin of the product. Certified truffles are 100% Italians and all from Marchigian lands owned. Furthermore, cultivation and truffle are treated naturally, without the use of chemicals.

The preserved - our preserved wants to satisfy the need of the consumer to be able to bring to the table, in all periods of the year, the true taste of truffle without the addition of chemical aromas. All natural products and organic certification is guarantee, for customers, top quality ingredients, healthy and good.

100% Italian Organic Truffle

All products, both the "fresh" and the "preserved", are 100% natural, are certified and guaranteed bio from the control body and soil certification and health, guarantee, for customers, top quality ingredients, healthy and Goods.

Nerobio is a farm in the heart of the Marche, always land of truffles.

Two are the truffles we work with care and dedication, one in the Pesaro and the other in Ascolalano. These are added another 25 hectares of natural woods.

The great passion and culture for this product leads us to personally treat every phase of production and harvesting truffles, starting from the processing of the earth and pruning of the plants up to the work of looking and selection of truffles.

Acqualagna, recognized as "capital of truffle all year", rises along the ancient Via Flaminia, at the point where the Burano stream flows into the candid and is immersed in the state reserve of the Furlo.
