The dairy business began in 1970 when Calvisi Giovanni Antonio and Carzedda Lucia, came from Sardegna to Cingoli for the wedding of a relative, they discovered the beauties of the hills and decided to continue their work and obtain more opportunities for growth in the sheep farming sector.
With a small flock of 100 heads they brought the passion for their work to the Marche.
In a short time the number of sheep increases to 3000 units, making it possible to open a mini - dairy.
In 2000, after having sold the flock, we dedicated ourselves completely to the transformation of milk, adapting our infrastructures to the new needs of the market, without ever distorting the craftsmanship of our company's production.
The Calvisi dairy today offers its kind customers more than 35 different types of dairy products.
Every step of the process is carefully checked to guarantee excellent, genuine and healthy products.
Animated by a great passion, they work the milk with artisanal procedures and equipment that make it possible to obtain genuine products in line with the most recent national and community regulations.
Working with carefully selected milk for many years, they enrich the table with fresh and genuine products and every taste of them is like a trip to the Marche countryside.
