It has a complex and articulated olfactory profile of flowers and yellow fruit, custard, citrus fruits and many aromatic herbs.
On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, mineral and persistent.
The vineyard is the heart of everything.
It makes us damn and rejoice, but it is in there that we spend most of our time. We try to accommodate her, to bring out her personality, without unnecessary stress. For this reason, every year, we try to have the right production, avoiding exaggerated lower yields.
