La mela rosa una antica varietà di melo coltivata nell’area pedemontana dei Monti Sibillini.
La sua buccia è un serbatoio di pectine, la sua polpa un concentrato di antiossidanti. Il peperoncino contiene vitamine ed enzimi, svolge un’azione antiossidante ed emodinamica.
Ingredienti: mela rosa bio 81%, zucchero di canna bio, acqua, succo di limone bio, peperoncino bio 0,03%.
Senza pectina aggiunta.
