Colleolivi organic blackberry compote is a velvety and seedless jam.
Our blackberries are selected and harvested by hand and then taken to our laboratory, where they are cooked for many hours at a low temperature thanks to the vacuum technology, which allows to preserve all the taste and precious properties.
It is a unique and natural product: almost half a kilo of fresh blackberries is needed to make a single jar! Even the quantity of added sugars is minimal because, thanks to the long concentration, fruit sugars are released naturally.
