Annata: 2019

The estate was renovated with a careful conservative restoration, respecting the authenticity of the place and, in the early years, the company concentrated on the cultivation of cereals, vegetables and forage.

Under the guidance of professionals in the sector such as Giancarlo Soverchia, to whom we owe the decision to explant the existing vineyards and the vision of adopting the spurred cordon with Verdicchio to aim for the maximum expression of the vine, the choices adhered to the personality of the owners aimed at enhancement of quality and territoriality. Since 2004 the choice to make use, with great satisfaction, of the advice of the oenologist Pierluigi Lorenzetti.

Since 2014, Ondine de la Feld Aymerich has supported his uncle Stefano Aymerich in the management of the company, adding a modern, dynamic and entrepreneurial style. With the support of a young and motivated team, you face the challenges of the future with determination; a breath of new energy in the name of continuity.
In the same year, the conversion of all vineyards to organic farming began: fertilization is organic and green manure is practiced.

Indigenous Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi vine.

It collects and expresses the territory of the 25 Castles of Jesi and their history.
Wine with great aromas and sensations; structured and full-bodied, but also round and very elegant, it has a straw yellow color with evident greenish reflections, hence the name Verdicchio, which highlight its fragrance, liveliness and a pleasant freshness.
Its unique finish is unmistakable, characterized by the aftertaste of toasted almonds. Perhaps the largest variety of native Italian white grapes, as stated by the prestigious journalist and wine critic Ian D’Agata.

First certified organic then the green turn begins.

Since 2018, the company has been certified organic both at the level of the vineyards, olive groves and arable land as well as at the cellar level, thus allowing an organic certification on the label.

In 2021 Ondine de la Feld becomes CEO of Tavignano, and at the same time the green turning point begins.
The company is conducting an eco-sustainable study program to guide the company towards a sustainable future with the aim of minimizing energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

Tavignano is an estate of 230 hectares in a single body that dominates the countryside of Cingoli, which has always been known as the Balcony of the Marche. The estate is located within the prestigious territory of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, Tavignano being one of the Castles of the denomination.
The 25 villages of the "Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi" extend in a geographical area bordered to the north-west by the Cesano river, to the south-east by the Musone river and identified in part by the geographical basins of the Misa and Esino rivers.
This territory, extremely varied both from a pedoclimatic and landscape point of view.
The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC therefore represents a unique territory of its kind, where the influence of its 4 rivers is manifested not only in the morphology of the hills to which the rivers have partly given shape, but also in the subsoil and in the microclimates of the countless subzones. Furthermore, the proximity to the Adriatic Sea which, with its brackish air, mitigates the continental climate typical of the Marche, and the presence of the Apennines from which the cooler and drier breezes come from are also strategic.
Always dedicated to plurality, therefore, the lands of "Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi" reflect the character, history and culture of this special territory that inevitably flow into the different and multiple expressions of a single Verdicchio, pride of the Marche.
