Salumificio Puzielli was founded in the 1960s by the hand of Colombo, a master butcher who began to produce the typical cured meats of the Marche region; a unique area, nestled in the Val D’aso in the province of Fermo where tradition and time have stood still.
Today the owner is Luca Puzielli who represents the third generation of this family business that is carried on with pride and passion, ancient recipes and high quality raw materials guarantee consumers unique and inimitable products.

A tradition that has continued for decades handed down from father to son.
Along the fertile valley of the Aso river, in a rural area of stone houses and oak trees, we meet Ortezzano, a small and peaceful village in the province of Fermo, a lively village that dates back to the Piceni era.
Its ancient village has been able to maintain its identity and beauty, with suggestive narrow alleys overlooked by stone or terracotta houses, where small characteristic underpasses and short stairways intertwine with each other.
